amazing service, emailed Sunday about my washing machine that wasn't draining and would they be kind enough to ring me Tuesday to book an engineer in. not only did they reply over the bank holiday weekend to say they'd call Tuesday. they had someone out to repair it on Wednesday.

Very good service from both the lady on the phone dealing with my enquiry, and from Anthony and Paul who had to come out twice to try and connect the new washing machine. (The first time the hot inlet valve was seized on - sorted out by a plumber). Everyone very cheerful, efficient and accommodating. Thoroughly recommend.
